As, it is now possible to customize the App Launcher by moving app icons between rows and screens. While Google Apps admins will not be able to customize the App Launcher for their employees, individuals will be able to configure the App Launcher on their own—making it easier for them to access the apps they use most. To help you spread the word about this new feature to your employees, a message explaining it will appear at the top of the App Launcher for a short time following the launch. Employees can dismiss this message permanently at any time by simply clicking the “x” in the upper right-hand corner. With the Google Backup & Sync app installed on your computer, all the files in your online Google Drive automatically download and sync with the Google Drive folder saved on your computer. Any changes you make to the files are uploaded, and edits made on other devices update the files on your folder. You’ll always have the latest files no matter where or who makes them. If it’s there, Google Drive is already running – see Accessing Files below. Configuring Google Backup & Sync the first time Google Backup & Sync may already be installed on your computer. Click Launchpad (rocket icon) and look for Google Backup & Sync.
